We are looking for a Technical Respondent (100%) for the management and maintenance of buildings, with occasional replacement for cleaning. Your mission is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the buildings while providing logistical and technical support to users. Your main responsibilities include: Technical monitoring of (electricity, heating, sanitation, lighting, sports equipment, etc.), Regular checks, minor repairs, and first-level troubleshooting, Coordination with external companies and monitoring of safety regulations, follow-up on ECA/firefighter reports, Interface with users and management of intervention requests, Occasional replacement cleaning to ensure continuity of logistical and technical support for activities and skills. CFC or recognized qualification in a technical building profession (maintenance, electricity, plumbing, heating, confirmed experience in building technology), autonomy, adaptability, and ability to manage priorities and intervene effectively in a team, courtesy, and a sense of service, clear and constructive communication with users and partners, proficiency in digital tools (Trello, intervention requests, emails).
