Job Description Technical Engineer - Solar PV and BESS
Location:London

Overview:

This role is centered on providing technical expertise for the development of large-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems across Europe. You will manage and oversee the electrical aspects of projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments and technical design of solar PV and BESS projects.
  
• Oversee commissioning of medium and high voltage systems.
  
• Support project management and development teams with technical guidance.
  
• Review technical proposals and equipment from suppliers and consultants.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  
• Minimum 7 years' experience in electrical engineering within the energy sector.
  
• Expertise in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of international standards in solar PV and BESS.
