Customer Project Manager - Telia CNS Project (Core Network Delivery)

Location: Remote within EU/UK/Switzerland (up to 20% travel)

Overview

We are looking for an Nokia experienced Customer Project Manager (CPM) to lead and coordinate Nokia's delivery activities for the Telia Core Network Programme.
In this customer-facing role, you will be the key interface between Telia and Nokia, ensuring smooth delivery execution, clear communication, and accurate financial and milestone reporting. You will work closely with Nokia's Account Manager and Delivery teams across Core, BA, and Care domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer interface for Telia, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, and delivery expectations.

• Lead SteerCo meetings and regular governance sessions between Nokia and Telia management.

• Coordinate Nokia's internal teams (Core, BA, Care) to ensure on-time delivery of all programme commitments.

• Manage project risks, changes, and financial performance (cost, margin, and revenue forecasting).

• Provide accurate and timely project status, financial reports, and risk updates in Nokia's PM tools (PMAT, PCube, MS Project Online).

• Ensure invoice and revenue closure in line with quarterly targets.

• Support Nokia's Account Manager in customer engagement, escalation management, and commercial follow-up.

• Conduct delivery retrospectives and continuous improvement reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the telecommunications sector.

• Strong background in Core Networks (4G/5G, EPC, IMS, IP/MPLS) or similar infrastructure delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, governance, and reporting in complex delivery environments.

• Experience with financial control, forecasting, and revenue recognition.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in PMAT, PCube, Microsoft Project Online or equivalent project management tools.

• PMP® or PRINCE2® Practitioner certification required.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Must hold EU, UK, or Swiss citizenship and be eligible to work remotely from these locations.
