Technical Project Manager (M/F/X) - Berlin

Salary: 50.000 - 70.000 € per year

• 4-5+ years of experience in a technical field (e.g., backend/frontend/mobile/product management)
• Experience as a developer (minimum 3+ years) or a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
• Strong project management skills with an ability to own complex initiatives
• Proficient in writing detailed developer tickets in tools like Jira
• Ability to collaborate well with developers and understand technical challenges
• Fluency in German and English (C1+)
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented
• Willingness to travel to Berlin at least every 2 months

• Drive and manage technical projects across product, business, and compliance domains
• Stay up-to-date with trends in software development, App Store/Play Store guidelines, and relevant regulatory tech standards
• Define and document technical requirements, translating them into clear, actionable tickets for developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and QA
• Support the implementation of standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, in collaboration with our regulatory staff
• Coordinate product features from planning to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Conduct internal audits and improve internal tech workflows and documentation
