Use Unix/Shell scripting to investigate file transfer issues, inspect logs, and validate connectivity setups - comfortable at the command line, not expected to build from scratch Leverage SQL to explore data configurations, trace integration records, and support root-cause analysis (basic proficiency is sufficient) Utilise AI tooling to supplement technical gaps and accelerate problem-solving where appropriate Identify, document, and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies with structured clarity Track and manage integration requests using JIRA , maintaining up-to-date documentation in Confluence and SharePoint Contribute to team runbooks, integration guides, and the shared knowledge base Project planning, execution and management for Connectivity migrations Manage multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment without losing detail Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and/or SharePoint for task tracking and documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with external clients' technical teams Organized and methodical, with a track record of managing competing priorities independently- Experience in a technical role - integration support, IT operations, systems analysis, or technical project coordinationHands-on familiarity with SFTP and comfortable working in a Unix/Shell environment
