Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery operating rhythm across three engineering squads, including planning cadence, dependency visibility, and follow through on commitments.
- Partner with Product and engineering squads to take requirements through discovery and design cycles, size technical work, and build executable delivery plans.
- Manage risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating clear decisions or trade offs when needed.
- Maintain clear accountability for delivery status, progress, risks, decisions, owners, and follow through actions.
- Frame delivery, technical, and security risks for senior stakeholders with clear impact, mitigation options, owners, and decision asks.
- Apply AI enabled and agent based planning concepts, including Rovo or similar tools, to improve backlog readiness, sequencing, dependency visibility, and execution insight.
- Capture and use delivery metrics to improve throughput, cycle time, predictability, quality, and accountability.
- Coach teams and product partners on pragmatic Agile practices, estimation, planning discipline, and delivery follow through.
- Coordinate cross squad planning across teams, services, and vendors to surface dependencies early, reduce bottlenecks, and support delivery commitments.
- Support release planning for security, maintenance, vulnerability remediation, patching, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Partner with Security, DevOps, Operations, Product, and Engineering to sequence release work with minimal customer disruption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, scrum mastery, delivery management, or a related software engineering role.
- Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams delivering complex software initiatives.
- Experience partnering with product managers to clarify requirements, support discovery and design, size work, and build delivery plans.
- Ability to work with technical leads and squads to shape realistic technical plans, identify dependencies, and track delivery commitments.
- Technical fluency across UI/UX, APIs, integrations, cloud or platform dependencies, security considerations, agentic AI concepts, and release planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, blockers, rollouts, and senior stakeholder communications.
- Experience capturing and reporting delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and execution health.
- Ability to partner effectively with technical leads, architects, product managers, security, DevOps, operations, and vendors.
- Strong facilitation skills across distributed teams.
- Comfortable turning ambiguous initiatives into actionable delivery plans.
- Creative thinker who can identify practical options when delivery paths are unclear or constrained.
- Certified Scrum Master, PMI ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with healthcare, clinical, regulated, or mission critical software platforms.
- Familiarity with AI enabled planning, agent workflows, delivery analytics, Jira, Confluence, Rovo, or similar tools.
Minimal travel may be required for team alignment sessions, planning workshops, or engineering summits.
CompensationSalary range: €77,020.80 - €115,531.20 (EUR). Actual salary may vary based on experience, qualifications, and role requirements.
