Technical Project Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Contract: Initial 12-month contract (potential for extension)

Work Arrangement: 5 days on-site

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the deployment and scaling of network infrastructure across data centers. This role focuses on expanding border network connectivity between major hubs (eg, Dublin and London) and ensuring seamless communication across global systems.

You will work within a highly experienced team of 12 TPMs based in Dublin, with strong mentorship and support available. The position involves managing existing projects, optimizing tools and systems, and contributing to scaling efforts for AI-related and Back End systems.

• Oversee network and capacity deployment projects to enable data center communication.
• Support scaling initiatives for border network connectivity.
• Manage automated processes and resolve issues in tools and systems.
• Take ownership of smaller projects and assist in clearing up systems for efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth execution of infrastructure programs.

• Experience: 3-4 years Program/project Experience in technology or IT infrastructure projects.
• Skills:
  • Strong project management fundamentals (training provided on execution).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and hosting meetings.
• Background:
  • Enterprise-level Experience and familiarity with global projects.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and change management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and design processes around customer needs.
