Technical Project Manager

Do you have experience leading enterprise software implementations and enjoy working closely with customers? Viso is hiring a Technical Project Manager to own the client relationship and guide through technical discovery, planning and delivery. This role will be based out of our London office.

Organizations use Viso's end-to-end computer vision platform to improve visibility and tackle use cases like safety, efficiency, and compliance. We work across industry verticals but place an emphasis on Health & Safety and Operational Efficiency.

Role Description

Reporting to the Director of Product Solutions who oversees technical presales and delivery, we're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-end execution of complex technical customer projects. You will own timelines, push teams forward, and ensure implementation projects ship on time and with impact.

This is not a passive PM role - it requires gravitas, credibility with senior leaders and enterprise clients, and the ability to create and implement a clear plan of action.

What will you do?

• Drive delivery of cross-functional tech projects end-to-end
• Coordinate and drive execution across internal (engineers, sales, product) and external (users, stakeholders) teams
• Own timelines, unblock teams, escalate early
• Communicate clearly at all levels, from solution users to client executive teams
• Keep things moving - fast
• Identify unmet customer needs during delivery to inform sales teams on expansion opportunities

Key Skills

• 5+ years in technical project/program management between both technical and customer teams
• Comfortable managing expectations and timelines, digging into root causes, pushing back, making decisions, and driving outcomes
• Strong track record with enterprise delivery
• Basic knowledge of SaaS, networking and AI
• Experience working in early-stage startups
• Preferred, but not required: Candidates with PMP or similar project management certifications
