Technical Project Manager

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Technical Project Manager in our aeronautics division.

As a Technical Project Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities :

• Prepare technical and economic proposals in response to client needs
• Consolidate input from internal stakeholders (engineering, costing, quality, finance, etc.)
• Perform risk analysis, project planning, and cost breakdown
• Ensure proposals comply with client specifications and requirements
• Coordinate internal support functions during the tendering phase
• Contribute to the improvement and standardization of costing tools and data

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical and industrial field
• Prior experience in cost estimation, pre-project studies, or technical-commercial roles
• Ability to work independently and manage complex pre-project phases
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, finance, etc.)
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
