As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively across teams. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end, transparent planning pipelines, driving network planning activities in EMEA to support demand forecasts.
• Optimize Google's Production Network for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts, translate them into regional capacity plans considering market trends and technological changes, and determine asset/infrastructure requirements.
• Conduct technical risk assessments using various what-if analyses to ensure optimal network solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including business owners, technical teams, negotiators, designers, and deployment teams.
