Technical production manager

Motionhouse are seeking an experienced technical production manager to manage the smooth and efficient technical delivery of our extensive creative programme, performances and tours.

The technical production manager will play a leading role delivering Motionhouse's artistic programme including production, touring and compliance, working closely with both the artistic and associate directors as well as the programme producer and executive director.

Adaptable and calm under pressure, the ideal candidate will take a hands on approach, confidently managing all aspects of Motionhouse's touring activity, ensuring excellent standards are maintained, and overseeing the technical operation of Motionhouse's creation space in Leamington Spa.

Closing Date for applications: 11.59pm on Sunday 18 January 2026.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 5.30pm on Monday 19 January and should be available for interview Thursday 22 and Friday 23 January.
