Job Title: Technical Product Owner - Integration Specialist

Location: Hybrid - North Holland & Utrecht

Hours: 24-32 hours per week

Languages: Dutch and English

Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Owner to help drive a new infrastructure and middleware initiative for a leading client operating across North Holland and Utrecht. You will be responsible for defining and delivering integration solutions that connect business-critical systems, with a focus on Workato. Experience with NetSuite ERP is a bonus.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working model and is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional, tech-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for infrastructure/middleware integrations.
• Work closely with implementation partners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Lead the implementation of integration flows using Workato.
• Ensure scalable and secure middleware solutions that align with enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate on ERP-related integration needs - NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
• Provide transparency through regular sprint planning, reviews, and updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of middleware, infrastructure, and integration platforms.
• Experience with Workato or similar tools.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is a bonus.

• Agile/Scrum experience; comfortable leading technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch.
• Available 24-32 hours per week with the ability to be on-site in North Holland and Utrecht 1-2 days/week.
