Overview:
Our client is passionate bout redefining engineering and AI automation. As we expand into more intelligent and scalable product offerings, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead a core product area, transforming strategic vision into tangible results.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone excited by high-impact delivery, AI innovation, and creating structured product systems in a rapidly growing tech team.
As Product Owner, you'll own and drive the roadmap for one of our core product areas. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking an idea from concept to customer impact. You should have a strong understanding of both product life cycle management and the technical capabilities that enable intelligent software development
Core focus of the role:
- Lead a Core Product Area: Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for product life cycles and intelligent AI powered product solutions.
- Champion the User: Improve user workflows, user journeys, and overall UX using market research, data and direct feedback.
- Drive AI-First Innovation: Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements, collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities effectively.
- Technical Product Ownership: Manage product backlogs, write detailed specifications (Epics/Features/User Stories/Tasks), lead backlog refinement sessions, and oversee sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies within Agile teams.
- Define Strategy: Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility. Track product health using outcome-focused metrics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, QA, and operations to align technical execution with business strategy.
- Prototype & Iterate: Test hypotheses quickly through low/no-code tooling and early experimentation before full development commitment.
- Workshop Facilitation: Run effective cross-functional sessions, including story mapping, process design, and problem framing.
Skills and experience:
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Proven experience leading digital product development from discovery through to delivery, particularly in agile environments.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort working with open APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- AI & Data Understanding: Awareness of how AI and LLM technologies impact product design. Ability to explore and evaluate AI opportunities with engineering.
- Product-Led Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into simple, iterative product solutions with a focus on speed to impact.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about solving real problems for users and validating decisions through data, interviews, and usage analytics.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled in stakeholder management, facilitation, and writing clear, structured product documentation.
- Agile & Pragmatic: Able to balance discovery with delivery, and idealism with realism - prioritising what's impactful over what's perfect.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in AI powered enterprise/B2C SaaS environment and product.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI tools, vector databases, or RAG workflows.
- Experience launching AI-powered features or agent-led automation tools.
- Background as a software engineer or technical role
