Technical Product Manager - Assessment Content Creation - 6618

As Technical Product Manager, you will:
- Lead a cross functional team within Education to develop a portfolio of solutions enabling faster, more efficient, and high quality assessment content creation.
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from concept through launch, growth, maturity, and evolution.
- Partner with designers and engineers to run discovery, prototype solutions, and gather customer feedback.
- Define product vision, outcomes, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure solutions meet the rigorous quality standards for high stakes assessment, engaging internal and external stakeholders (including assessment specialists and regulators) to validate requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and the technical backlog, driving delivery against the roadmap.
- Oversee release strategy, change management, and continuous improvement post launch.
- Champion the appropriate use of AI and support the adoption of new tools and concepts across CUP&A, aligning with our wider AI strategy.
- Collaborate with other AI Pods to identify synergies and opportunities to accelerate value delivery across the organisation.

About youWe're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of product management experience with proven success.
- Strong discovery skills: customer interviews, prototype testing, and data analysis, with a focus on identifying opportunities for AI integration and innovation.
- Experience in cross functional product teams, collaborating closely with technical teams to shape future roadmaps.
- Passion for solving customer problems and building elegant solutions that leverage AI capabilities to drive measurable outcomes.
- Deep awareness and hands on experience with AI technologies, including the ability to assess and prioritize AI investments over traditional RPA and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, data driven decision making skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Collaborative, resilient, and empowered approach to work, with a mindset geared toward continuous learning and innovation.
