Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Lead end to end sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for major capital projects
- Drive competitive bidding outcomes and ensure safe, on time project execution
- Build sourcing strategies and maintain qualified supplier lists
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA/MS preferred)
- 8-10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in Oil & Gas, construction, or technical services
- Strong experience running RFPs, negotiating contracts, and managing multi-site or technical programs
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including TCO and change order analysis
