Overview

We have an exciting new opportunity for Technical Operations Administrator with superb Shannon, Co. Clare based multinational Aviation client. Position will be offered as full time permanent role with very attractive package on offer for the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Update monthly utilisation reports on management and control system.
  • Liaise with customers to solve queries with regards utilisation reports.
  • Coordinate the shipping and storage of assets with logistics and storage providers.
  • Update internal systems and disseminate information for the team as and when required.
  • Liaise with storage providers regularly to track storage capacity, opening hours and out of office assistance for AOG / urgent engine collections.
  • Accurate recording and monitoring of technical associated invoices.
  • Provide client access to marketing data packs as and when required.
  • Assist the technical operations team in sorting, scanning, indexing, and filing of engine technical records for ease of access to the wider technical department personnel.
  • Assist in obtaining engine technical records from existing customers.
  • Update of various monthly reports relating to Company assets and assets under management.
  • Maintain technical files (technical library) held by the Company.
  • Perform other administrative duties from time to time as directed by Management.
Skills & Experience Essential
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative position
  • Third-level qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Administration experience within the aviation industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills, specifically the ability to record, index, organise and archive documents (paper and electronic) in a structured fashion within immediate timeframes.
  • Ability to disseminate information to produce informative reports and visual representations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills essential.
