Structure methods, processes, and technical standards. Ensure communication between the technical office and other departments. Guarantee the technical feasibility of projects and compliance with deadlines. Participate in the continuous development of tools and serve as an internal technical advisor. Profile: Confirmed experience in watchmaking, ideally in a technical office. Strong knowledge of the casing aspect. Solid experience in team management and structuring, sense of priorities, and rigor. Ability to work on custom projects with high standards. Comfort in an artisanal and high-end environment.
