Technical Manager, Facilities & Energy Efficiency

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to lead hard FM services in the Dublin 15 area. In this role, you will oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a regulated facilities environment and excellent problem-solving skills. You will also manage maintenance budgets and coordinate contractors and in-house teams.
