Technical Manager Location: St Austell, Cornwall - with regional travel Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive + benefits Ref: 105377 RGB Recruitment is working with a leading South West housebuilder to recruit an experienced Technical Manager to join their Pre-Construction team. This role offers responsibility for managing multiple residential developments, leading design progression from planning through to build completion. Key Responsibilities

• Manage design development and technical approvals across multiple residential schemes

• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, warranty standards and CDM Regulations

• Appoint, manage and coordinate external consultants and engineers

• Discharge planning conditions and manage technical risk

• Provide buildability and technical support to site teams

• Manage utilities, building control and warranty providers

About You

• HND (Level 5) or equivalent in construction, design or engineering

• Proven experience in a Technical Manager or Design Manager role within housebuilding

• Strong technical, organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
