Technical Manager

Overview

This is a rare opportunity to join this business within this department. You will manage the whole technical function within the business working on manufacturing, quality and operational standards.

About You

• A proven Technical / Quality Leader managing teams and driving technical standards
• Work closely with all departments driving technical standards & putting this first
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience working in a food manufacturing business
• We are seeking applications from talented Technical Managers, Senior QA Managers, Quality Managers, Heads of Quality, Quality Leads, Senior Technical Managers, Food Safety Managers, Head of Technical, who live within Southport, Preston, Garstang, Lancaster, Lytham, Blackpool, Darwen, Blackburn, Chorley or Bolton.

What will you be doing?

• As Technical/Quality lead, you will manage a team and support and inspire them
• Driving technical standards across the business and ensuring the company is compliant
• Facilitating smooth communication across technical & operational departments
• Collaborating closely with cross functional teams
• You will play a pivotal role driving the technical agenda in the business
