About the role of Technical Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Technical Lead on a large residential scheme in North London consisting of 400+ units spread over 4 blocks, one of which is a high rise R/C frame tower with the others being mid and low rise, traditional build block. This role will also involve the management of 2 technical coordinators.

Requirements for the Technical Manager role

• Experience working in a Design/ Technical role with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on large residential projects
• Experience with RC frame and traditional build structures
