Technical Manager - Residential 
Salary: £75,000 + Package
Region: London
An exciting and expansive contractor are actively looking for a Technical Manager to work on the largest residential project in this company's history at £722m, site-based in North London this is a great opportunity.
Key Requirements- To be the sole Technical Manager responsible for 2 sites for a reputable developer
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Manager
- Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent
