Capgemini FS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Implementation Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects within the Financial Services domain. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and transition of enterprise applications and systems, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder coordination, and technical excellence. Responsibilities include leading the application team and contributing to the RFP process.

• This is a hybrid hands-on role; the individual will be expected to perform a wide range of activities related to the technical implementation and delivery of the Valuations Project.
• Lead the Technical Implementation for the Valuations project, including coordinating Go Live and Switch off activities.
• Responsibility for RAIDS related to Project requirements and adherence to Project governance.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with client strategic and project targets, goals, and business outcomes, along with the agreed solution architecture.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and other project input requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the vendor.

The role involves implementing and coordinating with stakeholders and teams, including API connectivity, Robotics setup (not direct robotics delivery but coordination, setup, and facilitation), switch off and decommissioning of the Divest XIT2 Vendor solution, and activities related to data migration and strategic data management. Also includes S50 setup and implementation.
