Our client is a major player in building techniques, recognized for its expertise in complex project management. Primarily active with an industrial and professional clientele, the company is involved in projects integrating multiple building disciplines, notably in HVAC, electrical systems, clean rooms, photovoltaics, heat pumps, and advanced energy solutions, including energy and district heating infrastructures. With nearly 500 employees, the company continues to develop its team and anticipates the retirement of a key member of its electrotechnical department. In this context, the company has engaged us for the recruitment of a Technical Expertise and Compliance Manager OIBT. In this role, you will act as a leader within the electrotechnical department, which comprises approximately 40 professionals, and collaborate closely with the department's management. As a true technical intermediary, you actively participate in managing activities, provide high-level support to project teams on complex issues, and contribute to technical and strategic decisions. This role grants you recognized technical authority and a cross-functional position of advice and reference for project managers, ground teams, and management.Key responsibilities include: - Taking on a technical reference role and accountability for the department as a professional in the sense of OIBT, you assume personal responsibility in issuing safety opinions and reports in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework.- Responding to technical and regulatory questions from internal teams. - Providing direct support to project managers on technical aspects and compliance.- Offering technical support on large-scale and multi-technical complex projects.- Leading or temporarily taking over the management of important projects.- Working closely with department management and acting as a leader in activity management.- Participating in estimating tenders and specific projects with a strong compliance component, evolving and enforcing safety procedures at both office and field levels.- Ensuring active regulatory monitoring and preparing audits, controls, and inspections.- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal methods and processes.- Organizing, preparing and facilitating internal training sessions for field teams (approximately two sessions per year).- Supporting teams in their technical skill development.Profile:You hold a federal master's degree and have confirmed experience in electrical systems, compliance, and project management. You have a thorough understanding of OIBT and NIBT standards, as well as the associated control methods. You are well-versed in sizing tools and industry software, including Winprogitel and ElektroForm. You are capable of working autonomously, manage projects, ensure estimates, and participate in proposing suitable technical solutions. Your approach is rigorous and methodical while remaining open and oriented toward strong internal service. This enables you to effectively support project managers and field teams. Comfortable in a cross-functional role, you can coordinate technical and regulatory aspects with all stakeholders. Your entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity allow you to actively contribute to the evolution of the team. With technical leadership, you accompany the teams with pedagogy and clarity. You will occupy a key position within the electrotechnical department, at the heart of complex and high-value projects. Your role will allow you to directly influence the quality of technical choices and methodologies in the department, with a real impact on overall performance.
