• Manage assets, and close tickets
• Work across various sites in Derby, ensuring IT infrastructure runs smoothly

Qualifications

• A valid full driving licence is essential for travel between sites.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Applicants must hold current SC (Security Check) clearance.
