We're hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery for a key web-based product in a global payments environment. You'll own the roadmap, manage dependencies and risks, and partner with product and platform leads to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery for product and BAU initiatives
• Roadmap planning, stakeholder updates, RAID management
• Lead Agile ceremonies and unblock teams
• Manage development teams and drive delivery excellence

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in technical delivery/program management
• Strong Agile experience; web technology background
• Payments/financial services experience (Discover a plus)
• Technical literacy; developer background preferred
