You will lead a complete overhaul of customer support documentation for four core fintech and asset management platforms. This critical role grants you full autonomy to build a technical communication strategy from the ground up, creating high-impact written and video content that improves user experience and scales support operations for a growing enterprise.

  • Proficiency with modern documentation platforms (e.g., GitBook, Intercom) and video creation tools like Loom.
