Technical Co-Ordinator

The Opportunity

Join a high-performing regional housebuilding team and play a key role in shaping quality new homes across Leicester and the wider region. We're looking for a proactive Technical Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep design, quality and compliance running smoothly from planning to handover.

• Drive the design and technical process for residential developments
• Coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants
• Review drawings, specs, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage planning, building regulation, NHBC and warranty submissions
• Support site teams with technical queries and problem-solving
• Keep projects on track by delivering information to key deadlines

• Experience in residential development or housebuilding
• Strong understanding of planning, drawings and building regs
• Confident communicator and natural organiser
• Detail-driven, proactive and solution-focused
• CAD knowledge is a bonus
