Technical Co-ordinator, South East London

A highly reputable and established residential developer, whose regeneration schemes are some of the largest in Europe, is seeking a Technical Coordinator with experience working at the planning stages of a project to join their team on this flagship, multi-phased residential project in South London.

This scheme continues the series of major collaborations with one of the UK's most successful housing associations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating all Technical Information
2. Checking and Approving Drawings
3. Liaising with all Key Stakeholders
4. Attending Progress Meetings
5. Preparing and Monitoring Technical Specifications
6. Managing External Consultants
7. Liaising with other departments

Ideal candidates will have experience in the coordination of infrastructure and civils, M&E regarding utilities and statutory diversions, ground remediation, and earthworks. Candidates should be HNC/HND qualified in a construction or design-based subject, and possess strong communication skills to liaise effectively with commercial and production teams, as well as experience presenting and reporting to senior management.

This role is suitable for existing Technical or Design Coordinators with a background in structural engineering or architecture, especially those who have worked on large mixed-use residential schemes. Experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5 is essential, as the role involves significant involvement in project delivery.
