Technical Claims Advisor

Technical Claims Advisor required in Harlow, Essex.

In this role as a Technical Claims Advisor, you will utilize your automotive mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to assist customers with warranty claims across various portfolios.

Details & Benefits of this Technical Claims Advisor role include:

• Week hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Every 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
• Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• 20 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the warranty claims process.
• Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Negotiate effectively with diplomacy and assertiveness.
• Resolve claims via telephone, email, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure professional service delivery.
• Maintain company service levels.
• Provide friendly and professional service.

Candidates with a professional track record as a Vehicle Technician with strong technical knowledge, or experienced Service Advisors from within the motor trade, are encouraged to apply.
