Job Description

Technical Assurance Lead is required to guide a complex transformation programme, lead high-performing delivery team, and shape the technical direction of the programme.

You will be responsible for:

Guiding and assuring technical delivery, ensuring all teams work to best practices and comply with standards.
Assurance and validation of epics, user stories, tasks, and defects.
Sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery risk management support.
Technical alignment with architecture and development standards.
Progress reporting to senior stakeholders and programme governance boards.

Required experience and skills:

Experience in Agile software delivery, Domain-Driven and Test-Driven Development models
Twelve Factor App methodology will be beneficial
Cloud-native application development ideally on Azure
Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles
Familiarity with GDS standards will be beneficial
User-centered Design
Angular, Java, Node.js, PostgreSQL
Microservices
