Ihre Aufgaben

• Responsibility for all construction- and ESG-related topics in a commercial and residential portfolio in Ireland as representative of the owner including responsibility for the property budgets (CAPEX) and performance in cooperation with commercial Asset Management
• Supporting commercial Asset Management in lease negotiations with technical advice including management of fitout / refurbishment projects considering costs, deadlines and quality
• Conception of upgrading concepts for existing properties, especially regarding ESG aspects
• Negotiate, review and award contracts (e.g. construction, design) including preparing and obtaining internal approvals and internal/external reporting
• Control and supervision of all external technical providers (e.g. property management, engineering and other experts)

• Commission, monitor and manage due diligence processes (technical, environmental, ESG) for property acquisitions and sales incl.project controlling of project developments ("forward deals")

• Advise and support the internal departments on construction-related issues

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Minimum Level 8 degree qualificationin construction / engineering, ideally related toreal estate,energy/sustainability or project management

• Several years of professional experience intechnical asset or property management or project management of commercial real estate

• Preferably chartership with relevant body, such as SCSI / RICS / COIB

• Experience in planning, tendering and managing of construction projects with evaluation and remedial works of defects

• Ability to coordinate several external companies involved in the technical asset management process

• Deep understanding of building installations as well as inESGand energy management

• Ability to think analytically and conceptually with a fast comprehension, workingin astructured and self-reliant manner

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent proficiency inEnglish, German would be appreciated

• Very high level of motivation, exceptional flexibility and entrepreneurial personality withwillingness to travel occasionally

• Ability to work independently, take initiatives and be proactive with a high level of commitment
