Job description -
As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required. Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions, n Cino Bank Operating System, and Salesforce Data Architecture is suggested.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology architecture and design.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
Lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.
