What you'll be doing

Your role will be to identify and deliver improvements to our existing people processes, systems, and procedures. You'll provide input into the development and automation of processes across the organization. This includes supporting the delivery of business change programs by working collaboratively with teams from different areas. You will need to stay updated with the latest system enhancements to advise and guide stakeholders effectively. Use your skills to analyze problems, make bold recommendations, and implement solutions.

About You

You should be self-motivated, collaborative, resilient, and willing to challenge existing processes to ensure alignment with our People-first values. Experience working with key people systems, such as Workday, is desirable but not essential. You should demonstrate:

• Ability to deliver high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder needs within challenging timescales.
• Strong problem-solving skills to investigate and analyze system issues and propose solutions.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt solutions as needed, and deliver on time.
• Personal responsibility for meeting priorities, managing workloads, and seeking support when necessary.
• An active development plan to broaden your skills and knowledge, and apply this to decision-making and solutions.
• Openness to change and new ideas, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and client needs.
