About the role

Due to growth we have the opportunity for a Technical & Innovation Project Partner to join our team. Working alongside the Technical & Innovation Director to deliver large drainage schemes and roll out new products and initiatives! You will work closely with our Finance and Commercial teams and establish strong relationships with key suppliers. This is a full time permanent role based from our Leicester office with travel to other sites.
As a Technical & Innovation Project Partner you will
Develop, promote and maintain strong relationships with both clients and suppliers
Produce business case's for new products, materials and opportunities
Produce Capex proposals in line with the above and assist in the pricing of works
To be the day to day contact for the Technical and Innovation team
Collaborate with Commercial Manager on CVR results to make sure quoted pricing is achievable
Review initiative outcomes for performance against proposed business case
Attend Key account meetings with clients
Manage the PBM for new opportunities
About you

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is self motivated with management experience, who has developed high performing teams, with either a finance or commercial background. You will need a full UK drivers licence and fantastic communication skills. Experience in the delivery of key targets and objectives within the limits of available resources and a proven track record of managing different contractual arrangements and delivery of project portfolios.
