The RoleAn AWS Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. You'll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology. Your responsibilities include crafting and executing strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, among others.
You will partner with a range of businesses from startups to large enterprises, providing advice on architecture, support strategy, project planning, and operational issues.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customers.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and complexity.
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Drive technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using your technical acumen and customer obsession.
- Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services, and Sales Managers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
- Review service events, metrics, and launch planning in detail.
- Solve problems during workload migrations to the cloud.
- Enhance customer capabilities through workshops and training sessions.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in at least three areas from compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, analytics, security, applications development in distributed systems.
- Experience in technical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree.
