Job responsibilities:- Be an active contributor to the Customer Success team
- Serve as the primary contact for our first customer
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs, technical requirements, and integration complexities
- Collaborate with the Client Engineering team to ensure smooth integration and provide technical guidance
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and drive resolutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization
- Provide strategic insights to optimize product use and drive business value
- Work with internal teams (engineering, product, sales) for seamless communication and alignment
- Contribute to scalable processes, best practices, and operating models for onboarding and support
- Create feedback loops, manage communication channels, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities
- Manage product roadmap and address client needs proactively
- Support business reviews, memos, and leadership updates
- Experience in client-facing or technology-focused roles, combining business acumen and technical skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integrations
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to build and maintain enterprise-level client relationships
- Experience in project management, process improvement, and operational excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
- Passion for fintech and innovation
