Tech Transaction Services Director- Lead Diligence & Growth

Interpath is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director for our Transaction Services team in London, focusing on technology sector engagements. You will lead complex buy-side and sell-side assignments, and collaborate with Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory to deliver successful transactions.

You will mentor Managers, Associates and Analysts, build senior client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Technology sector practice within a fast growing, global advisory business.
