Job Description

• Develop and implement technology solutions to support strategic transactions within the legal department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs and propose effective strategies.
• Oversee the integration of legal technology tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all technological implementations.
• Provide training and support to legal teams on new technology platforms and tools.
• Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technology solutions for potential adoption.
• Stay updated on emerging legal technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• J.D. with 5+ years of legal practice experience, ideally within transactional deal environments.
• Strong understanding of deal processes and issues in complex transactions.
• Hands on familiarity with legal AI tools and demonstrated interest in innovation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and relationship building abilities.
• Skilled in problem solving, strategic thinking, and working across professional teams.
• Comfortable presenting, training, and demonstrating leadership in technology enabled initiatives.
