Job Description

HSBC is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join the Chief Technology Office Infrastructure (CTOi) team in the UK. You will lead operations and strategic finance, workforce, vendor management and optimisation initiatives to deliver measurable cost reductions and simplification.

You will develop business cases, define long term vendor strategies, provide executive reporting and enable timely senior leader decisions.
