Tech Lead

PendragonPharmaTech are seeking an experienced Tech Lead for our client in Geneva to lead the integration of EPAM Cora into a high-performance AWS-based R&D environment. The role supports advanced use cases such as protein structure prediction and ML model training.

You'll work closely with IT, scientific, and consulting teams to define architecture, ensure secure and scalable deployment, and support system adoption.

Key Experience:

• 7+ years in cloud engineering (AWS)
• Strong background in HPC, workflow orchestration, and EPAM Cora or similar platforms
• Experience in R&D or scientific computing environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership
