Tech Lead - RPA & Cloud Platform - Paris - 8+ months

Our client is a global retail and beauty leader operating large-scale RPA environments across multiple regions. As part of its cloud and automation transformation, the company is evolving its UiPath platform to support greater scalability, centralisation, and governance.

We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead/Project Manager to take technical ownership of Sephora's RPA platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leading cloud migration, platform design, and global delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Client's RPA infrastructure from on-premise to GCP, ensuring production stability and smooth hypercare.
• Define and drive a scalable RPA platform strategy on GCP, including VM templates, dynamic robot allocation, SLAs, and monitoring
• Manage the centralisation of local and regional RPA instances, coordinating with partners, security, IT operations, and architecture teams
• Oversee the technical implementation of agentic automation initiatives (AOM), ensuring scalability and KPI tracking
• Own RPA governance and KPIs, ensuring data consistency, adherence to UiPath standards, and best-practice robot design
• Review all ad-hoc RPA projects to ensure compliance with architectural, security, and operational standards

Experience

• At least 4+ years of experience as a Senior Tech Lead/Solution Lead
• Strong hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally GCP
• Experience with UiPath managing large RPA fleets
• Project Management experience is a must
• Experience in platform and architecture design
