Tech Lead - AI-First Backend and Platform Scale

ECA is seeking a Tech Lead to head up our Capability squad, building the shared foundations of our multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform. You'll stay hands-on, lead a team of developers, shape technical direction and ensure quality across the squad.

You'll work with Node.js/TypeScript on AWS with PostgreSQL, driving non-functional requirements from design through to production and exploring how AI tools fit safely into engineering workflows.
