Tech Commercial Counsel (London, 4+ PQE)

MRA Search has a London-based client in the global AI space seeking a 4+ PQE commercial/technology lawyer to join their legal team. The role reports to the Legal Director and sits within a global legal function.

You will draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, work with sales, finance and product teams on customer-facing negotiations, and advise on IT contracts and data privacy. This is an exciting period of growth for a technology business.
