Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for data and systems? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Development & Analysis Officer to join our friendly team and help shape the future of education services.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and improving our Capita One Education system - a key tool in delivering education services.
- Creating powerful reports using Crystal Reports, SQL, and SSRS to inform decision-making and meet legal requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external IT partners to troubleshoot and enhance system performance.
- Ensuring data security and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
- Developing user-friendly digital tools for parents, schools, and service providers.

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Capita One Education and its various modules.
- Advanced skills in Crystal Reports, SQL, and Excel.
- A natural communicator who can explain complex tech issues in simple terms.
- A self-starter who thrives working independently and brings innovative ideas to the table.
- Knowledge of data protection and information security.

Your Background
- Degree-level qualification in ICT or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in system development, data analysis, and report writing.
- Experience with large-scale databases like Oracle and MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with local authority systems and legislation is a bonus.
