What we're looking for

As a weekend Team Leader, you'll be a confident and reliable motivator who thrives in a hands on role. You'll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service while maintaining high standards in food and drink preparation.

Your experience

• Prior hospitality or a customer facing role
• Experience preparing food and drinks in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene (FH Level 2 certificate is a bonus)

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
• Lead the daily setup and close down of equipment (e.g., coffee machines, juicers)
• Oversee food and drink preparation, including; coffee, juices, smoothies, bagels
• Maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the day
• Support and train team members to ensure smooth operations
• Serve and clear tables, keeping the venue clean and inviting
• Oversee accurate record & report keeping, labelling & break planning
