The Role
The Operations & Royalty Distributions department at PRS for Music is crucial in managing the end-to-end process of distributing royalties to its members - both through the main quarterly distributions, and through smaller, monthly distributions. Through a collaborative and inclusive team approach, Distribution Operations work closely with teams across the business to calculate the revenue available for distributions, matching music usage data with licensed revenue and performing agreed control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. There is also a chance to be involved in PRS' distribution policy decisions and reviews of its operational processes, while delivering record-breaking distributions to PRS members.
To co-ordinate the home workers and support the Team Manager and Service Delivery Manager in ensuring all contractual and service KPI's and service level agreements with third party providers are acknowledged and met and all usages are processed in line with the distribution policy and hit the distribution deadlines to the required quality.
Responsibilities
As our Team Service Delivery Coordinator, some of your day to day duties will include
- Conduct 121's and Return to work interviews escalating and identifying issues to Team Manager
- To ensure contract requirements are being delivered and that all non-performance is appropriately reported and escalated to the Line Manager where necessary.
- Support the management of conflicting business requirements.
- Maintain performance measurement reporting and track performances against agreed service levels
- Maintain a catalogue of available services including the structure of service level agreements
- Responsible for a portfolio of change requests raised by stakeholders.
- Ensure all processes and documentation is kept up to date.
- Recommend improved ways of working to achieve goal of continuous improvement and best practices.
- Support the implementation of PRS for Music's strategic objectives.
- Deputise for the Team Managers in their absence with PRS stakeholders and the service provider.
- To support & contribute to the resolution of member queries where required within the agreed KPI timeframe
- To maintain and develop relationships with other areas of the business or suppliers ensuring delivery of data in a timely manner, chasing and/or escalating where appropriate.
- Create an maintain any required schedules for either internal use or between PRS and suppliers and/or outsourcers / departments

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:
First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
