Salary: £26,868 per annumHours: 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm; Friday, 9am-5pm)

We're currently looking for a Team Secretary to join our London subsidiary administration team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity based at either our Head Office in Sidcup or our Kingston upon Thames service and office. There will be occasional travel to our St Albans (Forest Lane) and Kingston (Coombe Oak) services, particularly during the first few months - mileage expenses will be reimbursed.
As Team Secretary, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to our Senior Operations Managers, Service Managers, Personal Assistant, and Regional Director. You'll be key in helping our teams stay organised, efficient, and connected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full diary, meeting, and activity management support for Senior Operations Managers and their teams.
- Prepare, collate, and distribute a range of documents - including easy-read versions.
- Maintain internal databases and produce reports as required.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners on relevant projects.
- Take and distribute minutes for meetings.
- Support reception duties when needed.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as required.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent administrative support.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in secretarial or office administration roles.
- Experience with minuting meetings is highly desirable.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- A commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
- A full driving licence and access to your own car for travel purposes.
- Experience in copy and/or audio typing is highly desirable.
