Responsibilities & Qualifications

• passionate about people becoming devoted followers of Jesus
• developing a culture of discipleship, prayer and pastoral support
• with strong teaching gifts, rooted in God's word and open to renewal
• uplifted by active involvement in village life and forging closer links with schools
• committed to reaching out to those not in church, especially young families
• enjoys leading and working collaboratively but with specific responsibility for St Peter's Newdigate
