Team Member - Wrexham

Mecca is looking for a friendly and energetic Team Member to join our Wrexham team. In this role you will provide excellent customer service, support the gaming and hospitality areas, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and support customers to create a special experience.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; challenge age restricted behaviours and report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and assist across front of house, floor, food & beverage and cleaning to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Customer first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment, with good attention to detail.
• Team player with clear communication and a willingness to learn on shift.
• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, retail or leisure is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided.
